Here are some steps to follow when downloading an Axys report:

Click on the report.zip link to the right of the report description.


Save the .zip file to your desktop.


Where to save the report:


Open Axys and select Report\Run.


In the Axys Reports window menu, select to run a Portfolio\Appraisal report.


Once the type of report is selected and the dialog box appears (asking for which portfolio, the date, etc.), look in the lower left corner of the Axys Report window for the location of your report files. It will show something similar to: 'Reading p:\Axys37\rep\car.rep'. This is the location of your Axys report files.


Go to your desktop, right-click on the report.zip file and choose Extract All, saving the extracted folder to your desktop.


Copy the report file from within the extracted folder and paste it into the "rep" folder location that Axys just showed you (over-writing the old expired version).


To run the report you just saved, return to the Axys Reports window and select Custom\Any Report.


If the name of the report is not in the drop-down list, type in the exact name of the new report file and click OK to run it.


To add this report to the Custom Report list, select the Axys Utilities menu and choose Edit Custom Report Menu. Then enter the report name and file name.
