CSSI has been delivering Client Portals to customers for the last three years and during that time we have listened to our customers. That is why we are excited about our New Client Portal offering that takes our existing portal to the next level. While the new portal comes with an updated and enhanced data visualization and document vault that are client facing, it also comes with an internal facing presentation that allows the firm to put information in the hands of their advisors, client relationship personnel, and operations. This can reduce the growth of the number of licenses a firm may need.

The Portal also allows you to restrict access to accounts which allows for segmentation within the firm. Managers can see the advisors they manage and the underlying customers at any time. Advisors can see all their relationships without the noise of seeing the whole firm’s business.

Each firm has the ability to customize the experience for their advisors and end customers. The Admin capabilities allow you to grant access to the higher features – document vault, data visualizations, and specific accounts. At the same time it allows you to customize how the document vault looks, what data visualizations to show, and managing whom has access to what.
