About Client

CSSI worked with a registered investment advisor managing $1.5B in assets for high net worth individuals and families as well as foundations and endowments. Formed in 1982, the RIA provides financial planning, portfolio management and general consulting services to its clients.

The Challenge

To find a suitable alternative for APX, Moxy, Revenue Center upgrades outside of Advent for cost savings without sacrificing quality and expertise.

The Benefits

All seeds of doubt about using a third party provider for Advent standard upgrades was put to rest at a substantial cost savings without sacrificing quality or performance. The RIA estimates a cost savings up to 40% over Advent Professional Services and other vendors.

The Challenge

To find a suitable replacement for their existing portal that would provide better performance and features without significant cost increases.
